I am 5 weeks post op and lost 18 lbs in the first 2 weeks and only 4 lbs in the last 3. I been the same weight for a week now. I don't eat a lot. I take a couple bites and I can't eat. Should I take diet pills ???

That stall is normal I had it the 3rd week also had my period.I just started losing again. Just watch the carbs eat more protein either the shakes chicken eggs etc. Watch the shakes or low cal drinks that have lots of carbs. -

I know I only lost 20lbs this month. I think the people who loose more weight more. I was 245 now 225. It's true for most people who have a lot more to loose they will see more weight loss the 1st month. -
How do u know if u ate too much? I had a small piece of chicken breast cut up took half hour to eat is that too much??

I don't understand the difference. Purees are liquid and water is too ... What's the difference if u take in a lil liquid with liquid. I understand with solids -
This is a habit I cannot break. I am on puree and I take tiny sips after I take a couple bites because I get thirsty after eating. I can't eat without drinking.
