    I lost 5lbs by just doing liquids for Breakfast and dinner. Then I ate a regular lunch. The Protein shakes really keep me full. I ended up going for 3 days straight liquids and still doing 2 meals liquid.. I was using the GNC vanilla flavor and was mixing a dash of OJ, milk, and ice. Not bad at all. My pre op is Wed April 3rd at 1pm. I'm excited!!
