Gastric sleeve over 50

Everyone has done wonderful so inspiring! April 4 weight 230. Current weight 161 Size 18 and 2X Size 10 and M. Before always stressed about my weight. Now... Love my sleeve and love shopping. Stick to the goal it's so worth it.

Sleeved April 4, had my first glass at 2 months. I have found my taste buds are different now I can't tolerate sweet wines. No buzz on one glass, but boy did it taste Good,!!!

You said you started exercising after the bulk of weight came off what was your weight when you started? Also how many months out? At my current weight I have a hard time exercising.

Sleeved 4/4 pre op. 230 day of surgery 224 current weight 198 loss = 32 lbs

This morning I weighted 199.6 lbs I can't stop smiling. It's like turning back the clock 10 years, what a wonderful feeling! I love my sleeve.

No payment plan any more, they had issues and had to stop.

Girl, you are doing great. One day soon those scales will drop, no worries the hard part is over... Committing to surgery and a new lifestyle.

I went back to work at one week I have desk job. Surgery on 4/4/13 and back to work the following Thursday, I was very tired the first two days. This week has been better but at around 2-3pm I'm exhausted. I go to bed early and with each day I feel better. At two weeks you should be fine, just get lots of rest at night.

I picked Dr Aveces after a lot of research. Biggest factors for me was the high weightloss success and hospital stay time. My husband was not excited about me having the surgery in Mexico but after I showed him the hospital and knowing I would stay 3 full days helped him. April 4th is right around the corner. I'm a little nervous and very excited!
