I am finally passed by liquid phase. Hallelujah! Lol. Only problem is, I still can't swallow all that well (there goes my social life, ta hee hee). Lol. But I feel great for the first time in 2 weeks, and I'm down 20+ lbs.

I had the same problem. Its called Esophageal Spasms. It will stop. Mine stopped about 5 days ago. The liquid phase is so hard. And now I'm on the next stage, and can't swallow all that well, so I stick to liquids. But its different now bcse i have the option, versus just pure liquids. Its all in my head I guess lol. You'll be fine, you are almost over that hump!

:-( .... I cooked my kids something I couldn't resist. So I had a few spoonfuls of yellow rice and a small piece of fish, oh and a tiny margarita (figured I already screwed up) and I am almost 2 weeks post op. I feel horrible, so I had to confess

Does a few days really make that much of a difference? I feel like I'm starved. I have no energy to do anything and all I want to do is sleep

I felt crazy nauseous when I did. So it scared me. Lol

I promise I will behave tomorrow. But I had to purge my sin so I feel better.

Hi everyone, My name is Chevonne. I just had the sleeve done on Feb 26th. I'm a bit scared because I'm trapped between being excited, and "omg what did I just do". I want support, meal and exercise tips , and offer any where I may be helpful. I'n deathly afraid of becoming overly flabby. I went on the table at 399 lbs. my highest weight ever was 404 lbs. i am currently 4 days post op and have no idea where to begin. Well that is the start of my journey and my story!

I guess I kind of feel like I'm going through this alone. The support system I thought I would have is not there, so I feel down

Thank you that. I do feel like I'n having a bit of buyer's remorse.

The scars from skin surgery are ridiculous, and because I am African American, many of us suffer from Keloid skin, which exasperates scars. I have been big my whole life. I am mostly concerned with my arms because I am borderline Popeye! Lol

Hi everyone, I'm also a single sleever. Just got the procedure done on Feb 26th. I live in the New York Metro area and really looking for workout buddies and friends.

Thanks sweetie. I am an avid traveler, so that is doable!
