Hello, I was very discouraged and didn't think I would ever see results. However, I finally lost 30lbs. I still have more to lose but I had to look at some photos to really appreciate losing 30lbs. Don't give up! You will lose weight if you're patient, eat right and exercise.

Hello, I had my first fill today. My band was empty and I received 4cc. My doc said I probably won't feel any restrictions until my next fill. That was a little disappointing. Hello, I was so hungry when I got home from work that I started eating a chicken breast so fast that it got stuck going down. I tried to walk around to get it to move then I drank a few sips of water and then it all came up. My husband was really shaken and nervous . I told him I was alright. I won't eat anymore dry chicken breast. My surgery was 11/14/16 and I have my first fill 01/05/17. I'm still learning to eat slow and chew all my food completely. Hello, I was banded November 14, 2016. I did not receive a fill during surgery. My first fill is supposed to be 6 weeks after surgery. I am hungry all the time too! I have hunger pains as well. I'm still doing puréed food. Even mash potatoes leave me hungry after 15 minutes. I started drinking a Protein shake before bed so I will not wake up hungry as a bear.

Hello????Had POSE in 2013 didn't lose much. My insurance will pay for the sleeve but doctors won't do it because of the anchors in my stomach from the sleeve. Has anyone had the sleeve after POSE? If so, how did you convince your surgeon to do the sleeve? Any advice is greatly appreciated. thanks, Rosemarie

I'm happy for you too. I wish it was me . I'm new to this website and excited to hear all the good results from WLS. Not sure which doctor to use or where to go, but I'm sure I will figure it out soon.
