    Wow my diet is for one week...I started eating healthier today but not doing the diet in its entirety, reconsidering what u said LOL. Did the doc send u home with Heparin?

    Great let's all keep in touch. This is such critical time for all of us, what a transition I am looking forward to sharing my progress and challenges! Currently, I am preparing to start my presurgical diet one week early to get in the mind set of withdrawing from caffeine and sugar.
