I thought the same thing at first too. I think she means that she is almost 1/2 way to total goal not that 15 is 1/2 of her goal. -
I was told the same thing. Today is my one week sobriety from caffeine and I actually don't miss it any more!! I will admid days 1-3 were a mess but now all is good. But like others said all doctors are different...mine said caffeine is dangerous not only for dehydration but can also cause an ulser...

South San Francisco Kaiser Pre-Op Sleever

I am also a SSF sleever!! I started my process in about October or so (I think) and I am getting my new tummy on April 8th!! I am so excited!!! The time frame of the process with Kaiser is going to depend on a few things...How soon you get in to see the surgen, how much weight he tells you you need to lose, and how quickly you can lose it. Do you know who your surgen is yet??? -

Cottage Cheese - What do I do with it?

My favorite is 1/2 cup cottage cheese, nonfat vanilla yogurt and then some peaches or even some low sugar jam. SUPER yummy!!! -

I was told by my doctor at kaiser that if I didn't meet my weight goal that surgery would be cancelled. I am sure every doctor is different but that's what mine said.

WOW!! Never in a million years did I think of the stuff you guys mentioned about letters and videos!!! I was just looking to work through my anxiety and these post have me even more anxious!!!

I'm super nervous too but I just try and block it out. I have two small children so I just have moments of panic thinking about what would happen if something happened to me. I am in CA and having my surgery in South San Francisco.
