thanks everyone! . My start weight was 248 and im fluctuating between 218-219 . but I have to stay away from carbs and really get that protein In. And he's right it's a way of life not a diet. If I keep thinking like that it'll certainly help me . Also try me best to stay away from the scale . I think I should be happier with the result being something than nothing and I think I'm stressing myself thinking too hard on it!?!!

I'm 7 weeks out and I'm fluctuating from 28 lbs to 30lbs . I see everyone else has lost around 50lbs and so forth. Losing faith and I can say I haven't been dieting as well as I should be rarely getting protein but up'd my water intake . helllppppp .

researching different things to help with weight loss and I came across this website ! Hopefully this is very helpful. sleeved 2/25 down 23lbs . no lost during pre-op only after surgery . started eating regularly and now im at a stall . Starting all protein foods and water this week to get back on track -

How much weight loss have you guys experienced during the first 2 weeks ? I'm curious to know. I'm at 23 pounds and I'm tryna to stay positive but the scale isn't moving. any suggestions?

I had this exact same pain but mine traveled to my shoulder and left chest . They ran a bunch of tests on me and just said its called a chest wall pain . Were you doing anything that requires lifting ? If so get some bed rest for 2-3 days it just means your chest muscles are sore , get some rest .

Good Morning sleevers ! Today is my first week and I'm 18lbs down ! Extremely excited. That's all the motivation I need to continue pushing forward . First few days were extremely hard , but that feeling of trying to eat even if it's little it's painful so it stops you right in your tracks . Week 2 lets gooooo! ☺

Great points! I like the fact that you have more options at home Nerdy! Everyone's advice helped curve that fast food hunger. Does anyone have any suggestions on which Full Liquid foods? Which ones are better tasting to help that crazy craving !? -

that sounds so true , I'm fighting the cravings everyday. I'm 16lbs down in 5days so i should keep busy , ill be much more happy with the results! Thanks for the support sleevers! -
Is anyone else suffering from "my mind is playing tricks on me" situation. I'm five days post op and I've been thinking about fast food and junk food!!!! It's the hardest thing to try to control! haven't tried to eat anything I wouldn't want to harm myself but these shakes just aren't enough! Any suggestions?!

thanks everyone for the support ! Can't wait to see the end results ! Just making sure everything is okay , still taking my chewable vitamins and protien shakes. A tad bit sore but it should be over soon , no real pain. thanks again !
