Premier protein shakes sold at Costco and sams club are my favorite especially chocolate flavor. I heat it up a little and it tastes like hot chocolate to me. Yum!

Hello everyone! Greetings from sunny CA.I'm 4'9, I'm 5 days post OP and doing ok. Starting weight was 225, 200 on day of surgery, currently 194 (yikes)! Wishing everyone a victorious, healthy journey!!!

Can someone go n pick up the med from your house to bring them to you?? If u didn't have any issues before while taking it, it will suit u well.

Hi!!! I'm doing better, was able to eat whole small cup of jello today!!yay!!! Starting to feel a lil normal again. I haven't weighed myself yet, putting it off till my follow up appointment NC week, although I do feel I've lost some weight. We will see!! I'm glad you are well and making progress!!!

Hi everyone, I'm at day 3 post OP. I'd like to know if this discomfort when I swallow liquids and stomach/cramping will ever go away??? I was able to drink 50 oz liquid ( chicken broth n water), but am pushing myself to sip more. It just tummy hurts really bad when I swallow liquid. I've been active walking a lot, n passing gas. Also, do you wake up in the middle of the night to walk and sip liquids?? I'm feeling so discouraged.

Thanks newme48 for you suggestion (med cup). Started doing this AM.You are my savior!!!! Made my life easier and can keep better track of fluid intake. Can't seem to be able to drink sips of protein shake just yet. They get me super nauseous!

Hello from Southern Cali, I just joined this site and I am so glad I did!!!Thanks to everyone for posting such important information. I'm getting sleeved on 03/26, and I need my gallbladder removed due to gallstones (make me so miserable), so the surgeon suggested I have both procedures performed the same day to avoid going under anesthesia twice, I'm wondering if anyone out there has had the sleeve and gallbladder removed at same time. I'm a nervous wreck! Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
