June 19th too! I was freaking out a few days ago, now I just want it done and over with! Decaf coffee was bad enough, now I can only have decaf tea . Can't complain, I don't have a pre- op diet . We'll do great. How do you keep in touch on here? -

I feel the same way. I'm pretty sure that the sleeve will help us get through those moments. By Thanksgiving, you'll be eating your protein first then you'll be able to have a nibble of anything else that you want. You probable wont WANT much more... That's what I'm looking forward to! Good luck today! You'll do great. Update us when you can:)

keep having feelings of regrets

Saw my surgeon today and was planning to ask this question. (the eighteen year thing). After I thought about it, I realized how absurd the question would sound to him! Why would a doctor perform a procedure that cuts eighteen years off your life? Think about it.., lol -
We'll be waiting to hear from you!

I work with someone who had it done in December, right before Christmas. As of last week , she was down 80 pounds. It's all about working with the restrictions. That's what makes this different from other diets. You need to listen to your new tummy and follow the rules. She is beyond happy with her decision and results. I'm nervous too but also looking forward to the results.
