Yep and it's easy to do. No hunger. It's working for sure.

I was stalled for a month because I was watching carbs. Went to the doc and she said no no no 800 calories a day or less. I promise you literally the very next day my stall broke wide open. Losing 3 pounds every week for 3 weeks.

Woohoo broke the plateau from hell (a month). Doc said gotta keep calories at 800 or less and I was watching carbs. Some of those high protein meals were in excess of 1000 calories, no wonder I wasn't losing! Live and learn smh

Bless you for posting this! I am so frustrated I could just scream. Sleeved on Feb 20th, lost 30 pounds practically overnight and haven't lost a pound in 20 something days as well. I am getting my ass kicked in boot camp several times a week plus going to the gym on alternating days and I am back to the liquid diet. Haven't touched sugar or alcohol since my surgery and the shakes I prepare do have some carbs but not a lot. It saddens me to think that this is as good as I'm gonna get :-(

Walmart has 3 oz liquid protein @ 42 grams. Not exactly delicious but gets the job done. Found orange and Green apple flavor online.

I am in Arlington Tx and I was sleeved on Feb 20 and down 28 pounds. My procedure was done by Dr. Frenzel at Forest Park Medical Center. There were no hassles at all from beginning to end and I wish everyone could have the same experience I had. I am so grateful and excited to get this journey going. Next step: clearance to kill it at the gym.
