Yeah I did, went from 254 to 132 now I'm 147 and that's after losing 13 pounds how did this happen? A new relationship is what happened got to comfortable, not working out, going on dinner dates now I'm paying for it and I'm approaching my two year so I'm bigger now than I was last year this time. Have to admit last summer was the best summer ever I got to wear summer dresses that I never would of put on at 254 and just seeing my man eyes light up when I walked through his door wearing those dresses was priceless. So with that being said I'm going to lose this weight my new goal is 125 to 130 I think that's perfect for a 5ft1 frame.

I made this post a little over a year its been 3 years and 2 months since my sugery and I'm up to 185 pounds and I'm so mad at myself. Two days ago I went back to basic protein first then veggies and increasing my water intake and im having a hard time ggettig in my protein and water requirements but I can sure eat a whole lot of fast food and snacks with no problems I got to get a handle on this or I will be 254 again even my hump on my back came back I have to wear long hair just to hide it. Please any advice or words of encourgment welcomed. Before wls 254, day of wls 234 lowest weight 132 current weight 185 wls 3-12-13

No I couldn't of done it by myself, for ten years I was single I promised myself I wouldn't date till I was skinny with that said as lonely as I was I still couldn't find the motivation to lose weight so I had sugery best decision ever.

Go to search type in 5 day pouch test review I did it and posted what I ate and pound lost for all five days I think it was like 7 pounds

I also have a fb I had a c-section 23 years ago and was cut from my navel straight down to my bikini line not to mention I have a apron when I was at goal weight it was still there and when I gained weight all 25 pounds went right to my fb plastics is the only option to remove it.

Thanks for all of the replies you guys, it just sucks to be at goal buy all these nice clothes and now you can't fit them anymore but I did it to myself and I'm doing something about it now and once I reach goal again I'm going to stay there cause I never want to feel this way again. I got a good man he saw the 25 pound weight gain and never complained he's away for six weeks when he gets back I hope to be at least 135 when he first met me wish me luck.

I started the 5 day pouch test friday due to bad eating habits and hopefully to break my stall I'm 4.5 months out preop 254 day of sugery 230 as of last thursday 182 I'm apple shape and 5ft1 want to get down to 145 maybe lower but I have alot of belly fat so sugery will hopefully get me down to 130. Ok here goes an account of what I ate for the first two days I drank 3 EAS shakes a day and had both days Tucsan basil tomato soup from Safeway signature cafe about a cup of day I had one cup of coffe each day with 2 splendia an 2 tbsp of fat free half and half and drank 72oz of either propel, or crystal light water, did not workout either day. First day had 4 bm last one loose and was peeing every half hour second day no bm and pees probably every hour. Will not weigh myself till day 5 is over if I've lost any weight the first two days most likely water weight will post day three later on tonight since im still working on it.

Just an update I had a huge hump on my neck which is fat deposits I had it since I was like elementary school well I noticed it was completely gone like 8 months after my sugery so trust me there is hope

For those who have or had the hump ( fat deposits) on the back of there neck can you tell me what you noticed when it was going away mine looks like its moving further down my neck, does it go away for good?

Well let's see this summer was the first summer ever I've been able to wear cute short summer dresses and I'm 42 might not seem like a big deal to most but I felt beautiful and sexy so that alone was worth the sugery and I started dating again after 9 1/2 years.
