I was talking to my dr about extra skin, although I have a slim chance for it he told me they push to have it covered. Not 100% sure on this though.

I was scheduled for surgery tomorrow... :/ Had to reschedule due to the dr having a family emergency. Ive been trying to look on th brighter side of things until I have surgery in 2-3 weeks haha

I have noticed since I started to diet and not worry about food so much.... all I think about is SEX! I am preop as well.

Getting sleeved in a few weeks.... I am a 40 DDD right now, and I don't think I will lose much. I had big boobs even at a smaller size. Best part of my body hahahaa

I want to get into boxing after surgery... how was it going back after a month? No problems at all with movement?

I was there a year ago, best choice I made was walking away. I haven't been sleeved yet, but some how I started taking care of myself for ME and not anyone else. MY self esteem and confidence is sky high. I walk around not worrying about what people think about me. If he wasn't there before and clearly isn't there now.... why stay at all?

Congrats on making the sleeve choice!! It is a very long and exciting process. For most the time drags on, but for myself it went by extremely fast. There are days where I get scared and doubt myself, which are completely normal. I is nice to come on here and read other post of people in the same situations. I would def check out the support groups, most have facebook pages. I am connected with a bunch of girls on facebook and it is very motivating! Good luck with your process!

I have Aetna... It really all depends on what type of insurance you have. For me it has been a bit tricky. I had to swtich Dr.s to find an in-network Dr... 3 months with a nutionist, 1 EGD, and 1 psych exam. Many people have to get other testing done... but so far this is all I've had to do. Biggest thing... the hardest thing to do is to wait...Good luck.

I am preop... 5'2ish lol... 255. I know for me... Carbs are my problem, and I was an emotional eater as well. I noticed when I was having a very stressful day all I wanted was junk food and luckily caught myself. It was hard at first but I repeatedly tell myself to do better and I can do it. If I eat to many carbs, my weight goes up and if I hardly eat any carbs, my weight goes down.

I am may 3 as well!! So exciting

I am still preop... but I drink Aloe Vera juice all the time!! I think its awesome.. a bit different but helps with heartburn also!!

You can def see the difference!! Great job! I was going to say if you need to see other bras and undies I would add some too!! LOL Bra and undies thread haha jk
