Rockinbella that is a mistake you only make once. Eskimo I am currently in my second stall. The first was 4 weeks post op and it only lasted a little over a week. This one I am in now has been 4 weeks. To say it isn't frustrating I would be lying however I have been losing inches instead of lbs.

Hey guys I was sleeved on mar 20th. I started doing p90x 4 weeks later. My doc says its an excellent workout for sleevers. You just can't do the ab ripper until 6 weeks out. I am down 53 lbs a d feeling amazing

The first few days are the hardest. I would love to tell you it's easy but it's not. I agree with the above posts, it does get easier after the first 3-4 days. I was a grumpy but during that time and just tried to avoid contact with everyone, for their sake.
Just hang in there after you start, by the end of of you will have the confidence to sail through the post op phase!
It's kind of like having a baby, pregnancy and labor/delivery suck but you forget all that afterwards and would do it all again!
You will love your sleeve!
