  1. Its not as bad as you think. But they also have tender bites and I Know it has a lot of sodium however you can get 16 to 22 grams of Protein out of 2 to 3 ounces
  2. I drink 2 premier protein shakes a day which is 60 grams. Then I try to eat protein every 2-3 hrs. Examples are ricotta cheese, string cheese, beef jerky, peanut butter on apples. I try and fit these in between breakfast lunch and dinner. I don't always get it all in but I have very physical job and I have been working out hard so I have found the less protein I have the less energy I have
  3. I try to hit 90 to 120 grams of protein of course that's not always easy. But I feel like I'm dragging if I don't hit those numbers.
  4. Rockinbella that is a mistake you only make once. Eskimo I am currently in my second stall. The first was 4 weeks post op and it only lasted a little over a week. This one I am in now has been 4 weeks. To say it isn't frustrating I would be lying however I have been losing inches instead of lbs.
  5. Happimarci you probably aren't getting enough protein in if you are feeling tired. As for the excercise I was sleeved in mar and didn't start really working out until late june. But now I am addicted to it.
  6. I started this journey at 291 and my goal originally was 200 but now I think I want to get down to 180
  7. Over time you will get used to not eating. Its tough for me when I am stressed because I want to eat everything but luckily I can't. as for how I am doing I am down 83 lbs and feel amazing. I have hit a plateau for the last month however I have been losing inches and gaining muscle so I am not worried about the scale not moving. All in all I have to say that getting the sleeve was the best decision I ever made.

    Thanks for the info. I am 3 and half months out and was told by my doc to do 4 days of weight lifting and to really limit my cardio. I have lost 77 lbs so far but I am noticing a lot of sagging skin

    For me fish was one of the easiest things to get down in the beginning. It could be that you ate too fast or too much. I'm almost 3 months out and still eat way to fast. For me eating slower has been one of the hardest parts of this experience.

    Hey guys I was sleeved on mar 20th. I started doing p90x 4 weeks later. My doc says its an excellent workout for sleevers. You just can't do the ab ripper until 6 weeks out. I am down 53 lbs a d feeling amazing
