I've been stair stepping with my weight loss. I'll lose a few pounds then stall for 2 or 3 weeks then lose a few more. I've been losing about 5 or 6 lbs a month for about 3 months. -

Just wondering what are some of you feb sleevers short term goals? For me it is to lose 20 lbs by oct 19th. That was going to be a friend's wedding date but she postponed it. It's still my goal and I'm down about 4 lbs since I set that goal. -

Yeah I don't use my aphogee products a lot either. But I'm a little over 2 months and I'm about to start back using their shampoo. I might do a protien treatment but I'll see how I do without it first. Everyones dr and nut. are different I was ok'd to take it.

I just started back taking biotin. Its also good for skin and nails, as well as metabolism. I usually don't shampoo my hair that much, I like to co wash, but I use aphogee products and their shampoo for damaged hair is a protien based shampoo and I hope that will help me due to the lack of protien. I haven't started losing hair yet.. I'm like 2.5 months

I had my first experience vomitting/sliming today. I believe its from eating and then taking a sip of a drink too soon after eating. I don't really think its from what I ate. -
