Hey. Hope all is well. I am practically done. I have to reschedule my preop testing because I did not allot time. I did not realize it was going to take 2/3 hours. I have been having horrible anxiety attacks not sure if it's because if all the testing and waiting or because I fell like I have no support. I am a total mess and I am so scared too. I am afraid of pain and not being able to function for a couple of weeks. Even though I am overweight I do things and look after my kids. I am so scared. Omg. When are you in?

hey everyone. Guess what? I GOT A DATE!!! April 9th. Whoot Whoot! Now I'm nervous but excited. Having all these weird feelings. I see overweight people Dining out or walking, I Ask myself... Why not get the surgery??? How can you live your life that way?? Is it unfair for me to think this of others because I'm going thru this?? Weird feelings?!!!

I reveived the official letter with all my dates. I think that since it is officially count down time I am freaking out. I have all these people opinionating and tellung horror stories. I have beeb very uneasy and questioning myself "is this really what you want to do"? I am so scared that I will not go thru it. Again, I am always weak and never have energy for anything maybe this is the reason why they are concerned. I am just a mess with racing thoughts. I had a hirrible experience with surgery before too and this could be the reason why I am so scared and they are too. (Parents , husband, sister)

A few weeks for me sounds like a lifetime. I cant wait to be a year out. Lol

Absolutly RIGHT! I think that if it was not for my insurance. I would not have this opportunity at this tool! I would be totally a MESS!

I wait, I have to add. I had about 3 Different true and false test and she sat there and looked at the answers. After a few moments I was diagnosed with being a "PUSH OVER" and Was told that she would recommend I see a Therapist to sharpen my skills on how Not to allow ppl get over on me. Pretty weird huh! Lol

I think a that is my worse gear too! Having anything else go wrong. I mean I am overweight with no other issues. So my fear is something going wrong and my children suffering because of my decision to have this.

Thanks for all the good advice. I just heard back from my docs office. They stated as soon as they get the report from Psych it will be submitted to insurance. Ill be looking at a date around April. I was hoping for March but is okay.
