  1. Very normal. It took me until the third week to just start feeling normal. I also realized the not satisfied feeling had more to do with flavor and all the sweet or fake sweet of the early part of the diet.

what happens if you don't get enough protein in?

I was the same way so I have added back one shake w 30 grams. I hate it but it seems to be working to keep my protein at the right levels
  10. Laura-ven - I feel for you. PC is still a medical mystery and yet becoming more commonplace. It is something I think about far more than I wish to. My six year old has the genetic mutation for hereditary pancreatitis. In 2011 he spent 90 in the hospital and did not eat real food for five months. His genetic pre-disposition also increases the likelihood for PC. I lost a friend last summer to this awful disease - 6 weeks after diagnosis. I personally believe it is one of the most underfunded medical problems facing us today. When you feel better check out purple stride.org. There are great ways to honor your friend and support an organization that is striving to find a cure for this silent killer. It's hard now and only time takes away the pain but sometimes channeling it into something bigger can soothe the soul as well.

There is actually a great you tube video that shows why. They put applesauce in a funnel. As you slowly add just a few sips of water it's amazon how quickly it passes through the system. Ill see if I can find a link
