will "full" ever feel normal?
anniemay replied to jmarie's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Very normal. It took me until the third week to just start feeling normal. I also realized the not satisfied feeling had more to do with flavor and all the sweet or fake sweet of the early part of the diet. -
Who's your doctor?

Good luck. I did not have this problem pre op and post op I was looking at getting some fiber gummies. I ended up getting digestive advantage probiotic gummy. So far so good. No problem.

I am in the exact same place you are. It's frustrating and makes me feel like I am failing. I know I just need to adjust to my new life but I haven't had a problem w any foods. Kinda wish I did so I would learn not to nibble

Whats the deal with soup and Mashed Potatoes following surgery?
anniemay replied to Heather Meyer's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
My doc said not to worry about this so early out. It's more about getting real food that your stomach can handle. -

how to reset your metabolism with excersize and food?
anniemay replied to leeann71's topic in Fitness & Exercise
Laura-ven - I feel for you. PC is still a medical mystery and yet becoming more commonplace. It is something I think about far more than I wish to. My six year old has the genetic mutation for hereditary pancreatitis. In 2011 he spent 90 in the hospital and did not eat real food for five months. His genetic pre-disposition also increases the likelihood for PC. I lost a friend last summer to this awful disease - 6 weeks after diagnosis. I personally believe it is one of the most underfunded medical problems facing us today. When you feel better check out purple stride.org. There are great ways to honor your friend and support an organization that is striving to find a cure for this silent killer. It's hard now and only time takes away the pain but sometimes channeling it into something bigger can soothe the soul as well. -

There is actually a great you tube video that shows why. They put applesauce in a funnel. As you slowly add just a few sips of water it's amazon how quickly it passes through the system. Ill see if I can find a link
