So I have surgery yesterday in the morning. I am feeling good some pian but not that bad. My stomage look like I am having twins or more. Jejeje looks like a huge balloom. I just went out to walk and I already feel much better. I does hurt when I am drinking Water once it goes down. I am making powder the pain pills it is easier for me to take them. I am already home I did not stay overnight came home around ten pm.

I just went out to walk around my house and felt much better. Doing straigh liquid clear and drinking water it does hurt once it goes down my stomach. The pain medicine I am making it like powder because otherwise I could not drink it. But I am only taking it once and I while dont really need it that often. When I was at the hospital I did ask every 20 minutes for pain medicine. For those having surgery soon ask for it it help you to relax and sleep and immediatelly relive the pain. I wish the best for those having surgery soon.

Oh ok thats good to know. I am looking into bc but I want to have more kids in a few years. The minera soes not really convince me. My friend has it and I hear no so good things. So I will continue to see what can I do.

Ok but what about the doctor told you to stop bc? It s minera a birth control method?

Well I have gerd so I have to take for a year after the surgery. But I do remember that at the pre op visit there two more patients taking the omeoprazole and neither one of then have gerd. I guess all depends on the dr recomendations. But let me tell you that since I am taking that I never have a acid reflux or anything like that.

I hope everything goes good and that you have a good recovery as well. I have the same concerns living my 18 month daughter my husband insist to take her with us to the hospital, but I just think is a bad idea. Well I will convince him that is better that she stays a home with my mom. Good luck keep us posted I will be on the same position on monday.

I being doing the diet for almost two weeks I only have a few more days before surgery. Today I did something really wrong I decide I was not going to cook becuase my husband is working until really late so I went to the restaurant to buy a soup for my daughter and me.., but I end up buying the soup and a small piece of fish and salad. I feel so bad I being doingbso good I already loss 11 pounds and now I just feel like I trow two weeks to the garbage. I just could not resist. But I still have five days before surgery. I am going to keep focus on my ideal.

Well the true is that I am researching Protein shakes right now. I went and look for the GNC total lean and I read a lot of reviews that it actually taste good, but the only problem I see is that it has 180 calories and about 30 grams of carbohadrites. Which according to my doctor recomendations is not good. I need a protein with no. More than 5 grams of carbohydrates. And I would like something with less calories.

I was just reading this and I ask myself if I cannot hold my daughter how am I going to take her out of the crib? I want straight to her beedroom and pull her out of the crib and I am sure using my stomage muscles. Any sugestions I been thinking to move her to a toddler bed. She is 17 months

Me too I am may 6 just got officially aproove. I haven tell that many people only my husband my mom and my brother that it. And I dont want nobody else to know. Good luck to all of you. I am in NJ going with JFK for life bariatric program.
