OK February slevers! How are we doing?? I seem to be having new problems with eating chicken or any dense food.. I feel like it is just sitting in my esophagous. Could be how fast Im eating I guess, but it only happens with meat. hmmm thinking of going vegitarian but afraid of protien intake. any thoughts?

Had my surgery on Feburary 18th just over 2 weeks ago. went back to work Tuesday ( I work as a night nurse in a hospital 7pm to 7am) I was so afraid I wouldn't be able to stay awake and also that I wouldn't have time to drink my water and get my protien in . I was pleasantly surprsed I managed to do both!! Since Feb 1st I am down 20 pounds and feel great. My only complaint is contant indigestion. I am now trying tums and will let you know if it helps

Hey guys!! Just had my sleeve surgery on Monday the 18th and I am really excited. I have had no nausea and hardly any pain. However, sometimes I feel like when I swallow anything, it is just laying in the middle of my chest. ugh If I could just burp really good I think I'd feel better. Anyone else with me on this?

I was just sleeved on Monday and started on my vitamins yesterday (day 3) chewable gummy type and they are really not bad at all.
