[size=4][font=comic sans ms, cursive]1/1/13 Insurance changed...Yeah![/font][/size]
[size=4][font=comic sans ms, cursive]1/14/13 Went to another seminar 2013 (with BF support)[/font][/size]
[size=4][font=comic sans ms, cursive]2/8/13. Had my Psych visit and Surgeon visit
2/22/13 Dr. office turned in for insurance approval[/font][/size]
[size=4][font=comic sans ms, cursive]3/6/13 Heard from PC office, they didn't turn in enough information. [/font][/size]
[size=4][font=comic sans ms, cursive]4/1/2013 Contacted Lindstrom Obesity Advocacy[/font][/size]
4/16/13 Surgery- decided to self pay and hope Aetna would approve, and I could get reimbursed.
All internal appeals were denied. This was sent for independent review on 5/23/2013.
6/5/2013 **APPROVED** I received a letter from both the independent reviewer and Aetna- with a claim number.
Currently working to get claims submitted and reimbursement.

I am down between 25-30#'s in 9 weeks. Weight not coming off fast, but I am not gaining! First time in my life the scale moved one way consistently!
