    Thanks that is very encouraging to know! I never thought about it but yea it seems like it would be an adjustment. When I lost weight in my much younger years I still saw myself as fat. I never made the connection between me and my reflection in the mirror.

    I was just wondering, from the post op people who are farther down the road, if there was so much extra skin that cosmetic surgery was required? I expect the skin to be a little lose I mean come on it would have to be after such a big loss but I was wondering if it was something you could live with or not and if there's any tips you might have.
