    Hello I am 5 months out and can eat 10 to 12 oz at a time. Yes this is scary for me, but I stick with the plan protein and water first very low carbs. My weight is coming off slow 80 pounds so far and 80 to go. It seems like I will never get to gaol, when find myself thinking that way I take time to look back at what I have done so far and it helps. Remember new way of living life style change you and your sleeve will win!! Just stick to the rules. If working out is not working for you pick up a active hobby anything as long as you are not seating on you rear. Good luck, and it sounds like you have done very well so far!! ROCK YOUR SLEEVE!!!!!!!
