10 months out and started having pain in kidney area and problem urinating. I stopped protein powder and pain went away. Did anyone else have this problem. If so what did you do to get enough protein?

I have back pain in the kidney area and had trouble urinating and had to stop protein powder. Once I stopped the shakes the pain went away. Has anyone else have this problem?
