a week out...feel great...just spent 1 night in the hospital..no pain meds at all..out by noon on friday the 15...felt great...walked 1.5 miles saturday...had my post op class on tuesday..started food, vitamins and protein..down 12lbs since my pre op weigh in. -

Scheduled for my Sleeve tomorrow @9AM...im so nervous and stressed...any tips for a positive and as painless as possible recovery. Just any tips at all

i go in to be sleeved tomorrow at 9am...so nervous..hope for a quick recovery -
thx Vicki...im sure reading the bad posts dont help...but the positive post like yours make my day...i keep reading if you can make it though a c-section then this isnt that bad...man i hope so...im sure im just stressing myself out...but thx again for the bright light at the end of the tunnel

you give me hope!!!! im stressing so bad..I go in on Thursday the 14th..and im more nervous about how I will feel afterwards then anything else...I keep telling myself I will re-coop quick...as i dont have time to slow down...im hoping in thursday ..out friday..hoping to feel good enough to go to my kids hockey practice sunday....and be up and working from home monday..
