Lonnie found this picture of us taken at Christmas 2004 (almost exactly 1 month before my banding. This was the Christmas that everyone was so worried about me cause I just didn't look good (sick). This is going to be a crappy pic cause I took a pic of a pic with my dig camera.

Yay! Congrats!! All I took after my surgery was Tylenol. It sounds like you are doing great!! Those 84 y/os in the hospital can be lots of fun when they are confused! Glad you're home & doing great! Oh yeah.....Welcome to Band Land!!

Down days? Try being down for almost a year! I have been Yurtle the Turtle since I started on this journey! I finally got some decent restriction at 2.5cc in a 4cc band, but not enough. I am almost 1 year out & just this past week I went in for another fill & I now have 2.9cc & yes I think I have proper restriction! The weight is beginning to come off a little faster. It remains to be seen if it will continue. Just hang in there & get a fill if you think you need one. Everyone's perfect fill level or "sweet spot" is different! The thing that has helped me the most with this struggle of the turtle & the head hunger is coming here to vent & commiserate & cheer others on! We're here for you! Don't give up! Sounds like you are trying to take the right steps forward. I mean you have a trainer! Keep up the good work!!! You've lost 23 lbs! That's awesome!!!
