I am a little over a year out & I weighed 350 lbs (BMI 60.1) the day of surgery. I now weigh 285 lbs & wouldn't change a thing! I love my band! Good luck with whatever decision you make!

Bravo Robyn!! Your weight loss is astounding!! I too have this problem! We went out last night & I ordered grilled Mahi Mahi with steamed veggies. I had 2 bites of the fish & 2 bites of veggies & I was done. The rest came home with me. When I do this though, I feel embarassed. And that is screwed up! I had WLS! Why am I embarassed?!!? -
