Your vitamins will also help with hair. Especially biotin. That the "hair" vitamin. I'm getting 58-60 gms protein, and about 30 oz of fluids anymore, I vomit. A work in progress.. No hair loss

I buy the about time from amazon... Much cheaper than their site!! Chocolate is just ok, but I squirt a little sf chocolate syrup in it w skim mike and it's good. Vanilla is horrible chalky ... Gotta figure out what to add to it

When u say protein shakes how many ounces?? I too, am having a rough time with enough liquids and protein!!

Sleeved on 2/5 started purée today ( thicker) soft boiled egg puréed w mayo.. Kinda like a deviled egg. Tasted wonderful but sat in stomach like a rock! About 3 tablespoons.. Too much?

Started my chewables 3 days post op. it's a lot on the stomach without surgery let alone a basically empty stomach. Try after your protein, heavier than water... And will coat your stomach.
