I think I was two weeks out da first time I had popcorn. I cheated but I don't condone this behavior but I couldn't hold out. That popcorn smelled to good.
-
Hi I must admit I am bad cause when I go to the movies I eat popcorn but I can honestly say I ate a couple of handfuls instead of an entire large bucket. I want to still be able to enjoy things as I did before but in smaller quantities. I am almost 5 months post op ( on the 29). I have lost almost a hundred pounds I am so happy with my sleeve.

I had my surgery July 29, 2013 so far I've lost 90lbs. I have not starting exercising per say but I park a little farther from the store and I walk to get my daughter off the bus. But other than that I have just been counting calories I usually eat around 1000-1200 calories a day and I usually eat 5-6 meals a day .I plan on starting exercing as soon as I notice my weight loss as stopped. Hw 377.5 sw 353.8 cw 286.6 I'm female 6ft

I think you should enjoy yourself today and not worry about calories. I had my sleeve on July 29 I ve lost 90lbs and I'm celebrating my journey and how thankful I am that I had this surgery. Today I am eating what I want and not counting it on mfp. I am celabrating the fact that last year I could have ate two plates of food and now I can barely eat a fourth of all that. So yes today I'm gonna try all that wonderful food and be stuffed just like last year but with way less food in my new tummy.
