I'm on soft foods yet but I'm sure ready. Refried Beans w/enchilada sauce and cheese. Like pintos and cheese from Taco Bell. -

I drank a bottle of Lifewater (20 oz), an 8 oz bottle of water, chicken broth (cup) and then a large bottle of Isopure, I have good urine flow. -
