Very nervous and scared. Can't believe that this time tomorrow It hopefully will be done and I'm not in too much pain. I have to be at the hospital by 6:30am cause I'm first up. So at least it's early.

Thanks miss. I will be happy when it's over. Just scared of not waking up. But I'm sure I will be fine and back I this app to ease other people's minds that have the same fear. I'm in hospital over night tomorrow and should be home by Tuesday afternoon if all goes well.its my fiancé birthday so his present can be me alive hopefully lol

Very excited as its only two sleeps to go till my surgery. I'm over the shakes and lean chicken but I guess I will miss after surgery when it's all liquid. Been a big month. All the excitement of this and the count down then my mum passing from cancer last week. Been hard not to jump on the junk food but having this in mind has helped me stick to what I can have. I'm looking forward to a good sleep on Monday. Even though that's the thing I'm scared of most but I guess it's a normal fear. My surgery is 25th Monday . Sooooooo excited and scared at the same time

I've been on mine for three weeks and less than a week to go till surgery . My doctor told me that I'm going to have a fatty liver anyway ( I was like I'm why the month of dieting) I also asked about drinking as my mother passed away last week And I have the funeral Friday ( surgery Monday) but he said no more than three. And I will have to make up for it with 3 shakes a day and no vegetables . Win for me as Friday will be hard as it is and with all this not eating 3 should be enough for me

Good luck . I'm on it for. Month. Half way through now... First few days were hard but mind over matter I just wish I realised that first. If you ever need a boost call out lol or message

Hey so I think water iceblocks (54cals) are ok on pre op diet. Just thinking it will help with cravings

I have surgery march 25th. So excited but I'm scared I won't loose enough before my wedding. November 23rd. So around 8 months. Just hoping to loose 40lbs at least . Any tips

Hi guys . I'm march 25th so excited . Pre op diet for a month. Half way through come Monday ... So excited as I'm getting married at the end of November so I'm hoping to drop alot by then. Fingers crossed

I had mine out years ago. Was my first op. It wasn't too bad . I was walking around good. I went in on Tuesday and was good by the Saturday. The attacks were the worst though so painful I feel ur pain.

Same fear and I'm scared of death so it's hard to calm down about it. My surgery is 25th of march. I'm so excited and happy I'm doing it. I guess I will try to ignore it and just hope for the best lol

Hello just wondering if anyone experienced dizzy and weird sick feelings through the pre op diet or am I just getting sick at the wrong time? I'm only a week and one day into pre op diet and have three weeks to go but I feel horrible today.. Hoping some sleep and Advil help..

Yeah I'm lucky to have this afternoon off. So after work this morning iv been in bed asleep on and off. Sooo draining. Unknown it's for the good but some energy would be good
