Hi, my first post so bear with me please if this is stupid. I had some bruising around my port incision and it's been sore, I expected all of this. My problem is that this afternoon we had a 'family drama' (teenage children) and I think the stress and fatigue of all of this just took it's toll on me and I cried hysterically for about 30 minutes, during this time I kept coughing and felt like I was going to get sick - I didn't though. My concern is now this evening (after I've calmed down) I notice that my port incision not only is bruised like before but the bruising area has grown by about twice the size and the color has changed from blue (bruise) to red, like fresh blood is pooling under the skin. Do you think I've done something to my band or am I just overly concerned. Thanks so much!!
