Nice job!!! Welcome back!! I don't come often but I do check in weekly for challenges! Look for the 4th of July challenge and join!! Done do it to maintain too!! This is maybe the 6th one I've done

Not that I'm technically checking in yet- But when I added my stats on Monday I was 170.8 then a few days later 174!!!! Now I am at my lowest so far of 170.0!

I am now 170.8! I intend to be 163 which will give me a 7.8lb loss- It will give me a lil over a 155 lb loss all together-- I started at 319- my DOS was 2/25/13 Good luck to all if you!

Congrats to those that may have even had a gain- it's natural and u will get there!! Happy Memorial Day!! I think I made goal lol I think my goal was 173 and I am now 170.8!!!!! Very cool to read the differences I think I need to try the 5:2 or the 8 hr one--- hmmm can they be combined...? Anyone try that- I'm sure it would be great results
