Hi- so noticed it just takes me a long time to get anything down. I need to focus on the meal plan--- has anyone list weight yet I have actually gained 10 or so from all the gasses!! Hi!!!! Yes, I am very scared!!! I keep saying I don't want to die or have bad complications!!! I do not have to wash with antibacterial soap -- wonder if I should ? I've done good-- kinda-- lol w the diet-- I did have a spoonful of Peanut Butter last Saturday and to tonight I had posole ( Mexican Soup).
