Hi everyone I have never really exercised before and have back issues from scoliosis, I bought a recumbent bike but will this be enough exercise? I've thought about plus size slow yoga or dance but I don't know- to be honest I'm lazy if u will-- I don't like to sweat and get tired-- any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.
