2 servings- maybe 1 if your farther out or can eat more- about 2.5 oz for half 1 egg 1/2 cup of almond flour 1/8 cup Water 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of olive oil Cook as u would pancakes in a skillet, etc!! Yummy!! I used 2 tbsp of maple syrup on top! (I Luved them! My wifey... Not so much - she thought it was too 'grainy'-- I thought it was great pancakes and it was all protein)!! Issues-some days not others with amounts of food...?

Hi!! So dos was feb 25th so I'm a few days shy of 5 months--I'm down almost 80! Anyone have strange issues with the changing of amounts of food and liquids you can intake?? Some days I'm able to eat/drink much more than others! I can't relate it to anything... I'm stumped! Sent from my iPhone using VST -
