Hi! I ate ALOT of soup!! Homemade too-- I also liked malt o meal as opposed to oatmeal for a change-- I would freeze a banana or 2 or other fruit all cut up in lil pieces lol and then I'd put it in the lil food processor and it was like ice-cream! Best if the fruit is very ripe! I think I did Protein shakes my favs were GNC lean and glucerna Also the lil laughing cow cheeses and scrambled eggs Also if u like hot teas- herbal and plain that can help w hunger as well as plain chicken broth Dont worry about messing up- I did great until a couple of days before and then I messed up but it was still ok

Yay! Why is it- we all seem to be down to around 5ish lbs lost a month now-- anyone able to still get 10 lbs or more a month-- ideas thoughts and suggestions appreciated

Hi! I'm good! No regrets! The team is great- I've not been back to meetings and such because of my work schedule but I've bed doing well! I was 319 as of today I am 206.6 and I've lost 112.4 since 2/25/13!

Well not quite at goal- I'm 207.2!! Better than nothing and I'm thankful for the progress I've been making! Who's up for an active Christmas challenge !!
