    Thanks Bea!! Good morning everyone... I think I hit goal-- lol I don't know if I remember what it was I think it was 193! As of this am I am 192.8.... Again... I've been back and forth the past couple of weeks! Bea thank you again for all u do- I don't know how u keep it all together... any chance of a st Patrick's day challenge.
  2. You've done great!! Don't forget if your working out your prob just gaining muscle and so your doing awesome!!! Are stats are VERY close- I'm 5'5 DOS was 2/25/13 I was 319 at HW I'm now only at 195-- but ill get there. Your motivation- size 10 is great! I'm hippy and pear shaped so I'm at a 16 on jeans and a 14/16 on tops!

    Your good! At 2-5 weeks most of gained a tad or stalled- it's normal- do what your supposed to and u will get it down

  11. Go back to basics... But 1st... Congrats on being 15 away!! Do the opposite if what you've been doing- what's your average cals a day?? If its 1200 do a few days perhaps at 600 or lower-- I went on a week -soup diet- all I ate was soup! I dropped 7 lbs in a week-- granted not the healthiest... But it worked for me.. Good luck- your close- your body is at a happy place and just give it time Hun!

  14. I did... I stayed at 199-201 for weeks- I broke it and am now at 193.4! It wasn't the healthiest or prob even the best idea- but it worked for me and got me refocused! I ate A LOT 1 day-- like over 2000 alot- mostly u healthy stuff... Then the next few days I ate soup.... That's it-- lunch and dinner was progressive light 100 cal soups and snacks were the same some days I added cottage cheese or a serving of beans Like I said not healthy-- but it worked...

Hi- I was slightly sick for mine-- they (my nurses and dr) said as long as there wasn't a fever=infection it was fine--- Be careful of the meds u take for it- u don't want aspirins or anything that will thin your blood-- maybe call your nurse or dr fir what u can take or talk to the pharmacist at a Walgreens or something and tell them the situation and see what they advise to take... Hope u feel better and it's the best decision u w ever made!!!!!

    Hello! No ones posted in here in a while- how are you all doing? I was stuck-- forever it seemed-- but I went from 319 to now 295.2! I was sleeved 2/25/13 so almost a year It can be done!!!
