    I am at 187.2!!! I'm happy with that because I wanted to be at 130 lost by my 1 year- which is tomorrow and I'm now at 131.8 lost It's been slower lately but I'll take my lil loss and be grateful

    Honestly..... None I was busy finishing up grad school and I've been lazy and making excuses I did sporadically sometimes but not really I look somewhat ok in clothes but not without- lol I'm getting pretty self conscious w arms legs and tummy lol Thank you

    Hello fellow losers Today I am back at 191.6------will someone give me advice- fir about a month or 2 I keep see-sawing its veryyyyy annoying and I lose focus then I gain then seesaw then repeat.... Even when I stay more focused I seesaw I will be 1 year sleeved on the 25th of this month!!! My mini goal for that is 189 -- that will be my 1 year and 130 lbs lost! My goal for the challenge is.... 183
