Flintstones, a sub lingual B12 that I bought at BJ's .and chewable calcium citrate from drugstore.com via eBay. I think that Bariatric Vitamins are all marketing.

Had my 4 week follow up today and asked when I could start taking Advil again. I wasn't a chronic user, more like once or twice a month and I was told never again. I had no idea. Guess Tylenol will have to do it from now on.

I think he's a windbag. Not to the same degree as Dr. Phil but still a windbag.

I don't know. I was told all clears for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks of purees then semi soft for 2 weeks. Emphasis on high Protein, low carbs but with the few calories I am taking in, not sure carbs would negatively affect me. I have a friend who used a different surgeon and was sleeved Tuesday with a BMW more than 10 points higher than me and he is drinking smoothies and going to the gym already. Doesn't sound right to me at all.

You should watch anything with Rob Schneider in it. You won't need to worry about laughing at all.do not have a Tummy Tuck and watch a rerun of 40 year old virgin on your 5 th day of recovery!!!!! No matter how hard you try you will still laugh uncontrollably and it hurts like hell!!! My bad..lol

Mine was under an hour but of course I told him to hurry. Didn't want to miss Judge Judy.

I eat Fred, Barney, Wilma, Betty or Bam Bam 2x day.

Was sleeved on March 4. Was in a hurry yesterday morning so I took a small container of premade Jello pudding, stirred in a scoop of Protein Powder and ate it in about 5 minutes. Big mistake. Felt overstuffed and nauseous. Had to lay down for about 15 minutes for the feeling to go away. Lesson learned.

Same. Large incision is about 1 1/2" above my belly button and is fading nicely thanks to Mederma 3x day. The other four are tiny and look like mosquito bites that I scratched too much. Almost totally healed.

Oatmeal tends to expand in your stomach. Try switching to something like grits or farina. I think you'll do a lot better.

Try taking a scoop of Protein powder and mixing it with a premade cup of sugar free Jello pudding. Tastes pretty good, tiny portion and lots of protein.

You'll be just fine.......promise.

Sincerely doubtful.

Sleeved on March 4 and feel great. Only thing is that I get tired fairly easily. Not sure if it's because i am taking in so few calories or if it's my body recovering from the surgery.

Take one serving premade Jello sugar free pudding, mix in 1 scoop vanilla Protein Powder, mix. Doesn't taste all that bad, super high Protein in a very small portion. Screw you, Bobby Flay!
