It is good to hear your solution to returning to your normal weight loss. I am now 8 weeks post op and have lost a total of 50 lbs. I have a job that can be very high stress, long 12 hour days, requires flying every week, and eating out for every meal during the work week. I carry a 32 oz water bottle with me to work every day and try to drink two of them a day. I also workout 30 minutes 6 out of the 7 days per week. I have tried to make my three meals a day at least 20 grams of protein per meal. I have noticed that my weight loss has slowed way down and I am starting to becoming frustrated. I think that maybe if I increase my water intake along with protein intake maybe I can speed up my weight loss. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Any recommendations?
