It's very hard !!!!! I was just put on mushy/soft foods and I don't even want to eat. I am not getting in enough protein though !!! My nut said in order to get the weight coming off you have to get it in! Thus why I haven't lost for a week. It's def a decision I don't regret. Are you excited ??? -

When I wake up I feel like I have a terrible taste. Not acid. It's more like I can taste the protein shakes or something ?? I def didn't have the taste before. -
I am in the slow loser club too! I keep beating myself up about it !! I have lost 12 since 6/26! Make sure you get all your Protein in. Well as best as you can. My nutritionist said that is most likely why. I haven't lost weight in a week!!
