Are you taking your multi vitamins twice a day and your 500 mcg b12 daily... And getting in all your protein

Are you taking your ant acids... My doctor has me on one because after surgery we can still make acid like we still have a whole stomach

Well for me... I walk then when I get tired I lay flat on my back... The pressure of that helps push the gas... Up or down...

sleeping on my back is the worst for me... I'm use to sleeping on my side or stomach....

Gas pain that has moved to your back or having to sleep on your back

I'm doing well... Two days after surgery....gas bubbles can be a pain...liquids go down and bubbles coming up at the same time sucks...glad to hear your doing well
