    I saw my nut weeks ago and she gave me a general diet but not a complete liquid diet that I'm suppose to be on before the surgery. They said all liquid a week before and I'm wondering beside the Protein shake what else I should use...

    I don't know if your a member of SAMs or Costco... But the have a per- made brand that is really good and reasonably priced... It's called premier protein, which tastes well or you can check it out online...
