I have PCOS too, for all my teenage life till now. And probably still have it. Only thing is, I started my period immediately a week after surgery and been having it every month since then. Didn't think I can conceive yet but I did and that's what surprise me and I really do feel like this is a wonderful blessing I wish you luck Hun and update as well. -

Congrats!!! What a blessing.. I have been married for almost 2 years now and have been trying for 4 yrs.. It finally just happened for me too.. Glad we're on the same boat
