Yes i see im not the only one..its strange cause i suffered so many years with terrible reflux, and this dont burn or nothing it just sit there hanging around...lol...

I to get in about 74 oz fluid daily, i start out in the early am, with à hot 10 oz cup mostly water chicken broth, it helps with the grude in my throat like à slime or something in the mornings...anybody else have this slime like in throat?

Today 2 weeks out...feeling pretty good started pureer phase yesterday was ok, but wasnt able to get all protein in for first time...i will do better as i go...my joints are still holding up pretty good, à few fingers and just big goes hurt to touch its wierd.... -

Hold à pillow still against your tummy when you can if coughing, sneezing ect. Wherever im sitting especially around the house i have à form pillow by me, now it dont Hurt as much but the gas rolls sometimes pretty hard thoughtout the stomach and i used the pillow to apply lite pressure against the Waves and it help me...
