Found out what was causing the sudden burst of belching and also recently hard to get protien and fluids ...I posted this in the begining of the month...it was my CPAP setting...due to weight loss the pressure needed to be lowered.......lol....I still need it because I'm tired without it and still sound like train but a smaller train...my new tummy was getting to much air...lol -
Wow that's wonderful....I would also like to know about the Protein, supplements and Vitamin as well.

Monday walk day...tues/thurs water aerboics...fri toning cords/free weights or videos...sat and sun nothing scheduled but its family time and whatever activity we decided happens together

Im getting it 65 oz or a little more usually now, but its hard now for me to get it in when it Wasnt at first, i also have heavy feeling in my Tummy, noticing it after i eat to lately and alot of belching...anyone else? Could used some feedback -

Very informative!!!!...very close to how i felt, if u had mention the bowel issues which is the only thing i didnt see u will gas me all the way...nothing in sure makes a problem with something being able to come out...:-( -

Wish i could take nap, i just beber could wont sleep be up before i know it, plus i wont sleep at night if i happen to doze off...that would be nice if i could just learn to relax and do nothing Long enough i may learn to nap...:-)
