Very similar experience and sleeved on the same day. All I can say is walk, walk, walk, sip slow. I still get gas pain in my chest but not as bad as it once was. Thought I was having a heart attack when I woke up in the recovery room. -
Nat I'm on purée soft mushy food. How did you prepare the baked potato and chicken? I am allowed to eat unlike most 3day post ops are still in liquid, wondering if that will slow down my weight loss

From the Bronx. Just got sleeved 8/14 -
I came home yesterday. The first 24hrs were tough, killer gas pain and all of the poking and prodding at the hospital allowed for no rest. Home now and feeling much better. How about you?

You are not alone. Plenty of gas pain here. Day 1 i couldn't stop thinking about what I had done to myself voluntarily. Regrets but now I'm in the comfort of my own home/bed and I feel much better. Make sure you stay mobile, it helps to move the gas. -
