    February Sleevers

Hi all February Sleevers! Was sleeved on Feb 4, down 58lbs and 3lbs from hitting the one's! Haven't seen this weight since high school! Was a size 24 now moving into size 14! Exercising 4-5 times a week! I feel great! In the beginning I hoped it would be worth all the pain. I can safely say Heck Yea! Keep going and dont loose hope! We are worth it!
  2. Hi all, I was sleeved on Feb 5! Im down 17lbs post op. I had a difficult time getting the liquids in too but I found warm liquids helped the most! Gas was a huge issue for the first few days so I figured out to drink water in between sips of the protein. Ginger tea helps with nausea and gas! Heating pad is a must to help with the gas too. Dont forget the gas x! Any narcotic caused me to have major nausea and almost vomit! So I have not taken any pain meds except for liquid advil. Which is an anti-inflamitory! Walking and keep moving helps move the gas. It gets better each day! Keep up the good work! Hope this helps!
  3. Ginger tea has helped with the gas and stomach pain! I also thought I could live without gas x, heck no!
  4. Hi guys! Day 8 has been hard for me. Sharp pain in the belly button area, cant stand up straight without pain. Anyone else experiencing this?
  5. Hi all, I was sleeved on Feb 5. One week out and I have lost almost 10lbs since the surgery. It has been difficult to get all the liquids in! Sip, sip ,sip! Was able to get down a protein shake yesterday! Wahoo! Water has been hard to drink! Warm liquids work best for me! Going to try to get some walking in, think Zumba is too much right now?
