Bowgirl

I haven't always been over weight. I had 3 children over a span of 10 years. After the 1st 2 I was able to get most of the weight off till the next pregnancy. After the 3rd one I lost a little then I ended up bigger than ever. I know that if I wanted to I could lose the weight as I did before. I feel like I need help keeping it off in the long run. My mother has hypertension and newly diagnosed diabetes. I don't want to end up like her. I don't want to be 50 and having to worry about going to the gym everyday. My problem isn't necessarily over eating as it is being so sedentary. I am a registered nurse and other than my job I don't get a lot of activity. Due to my "lower bmi" my insurance will not cover the sleeve. My husband is worried but supportive about me going to Mexico. I will be traveling to Mexico with my best friend. I have told 2 friends and would rather not let the people I work with know. Hence the lack of picture. I have been reading the blogs for a little over a week before I finally decided to become a member. I plan on letting everyone know how my Mexico experience unfolds.
